Still decorating — real photos coming once the house is guest-ready
Massanutten Resort, Virginia

Your private Massanutten escape — with room for every kind of weekend.

A five-bedroom, 9-bed mountain house near JMU, wineries, golf, skiing, and resort fun — with room to gather, space to recharge, and thoughtful details that make group travel feel less like logistics.

Cedar Escape Was Made for Group Weekends

One house. One weekend. Everyone together.

Group trips are easier when no one is split between hotel rooms, keycards, lobby meetups, and "where is everybody?" texts.

At Cedar Escape, you get five bedrooms, a full kitchen, gathering spaces, and room for the whole group to settle in — together, but not on top of each other.

Come for JMU, wineries, golf, skiing, or resort fun.

Stay somewhere that makes the weekend feel easy.

A few of our favorites.

CrossKeys Vineyards — Tuscan-style architecture that feels like a detour through Italy, plus a bistro on-site. The one we'd actually send a group of eight to on a Saturday.

Winery Pick

The Massanutten Storybook Trail — an easy, family-friendly hike with real payoff for the effort.
